To request to be excused or deferred from jury service you must:
1. Complete and print a Juror Affidavit (click the link below.)
2. Return the affidavit and ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION to the Clerk of Court's Office. PLEASE INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED.
3. The clerk will notify you as soon as possible whether or not you are excused/deferred. Some excusals must come from the judge, others may be made by the clerk.
