The Terrell County Board of Elections and Registration meets on the
second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 A.M. in the Registrar's conference room.
These meetings are open to the public.
Anyone wishing to speak to the board,
representing either himself/herself or a group,
should inform the Supervisor at least three business days before the meeting.

The Elections Division of the Secretary of State’s Office organizes and oversees all election activity, including voter registration, municipal, state, county, and federal elections. They are responsible for certification of election results; certifying the qualification of candidates; maintaining current Statewide Voter Registration Database; preparation of ballots, election forms and materials; investigating election fraud and enforcing state election laws.
