Applying for a marriage license

TO OBTAIN A MARRIAGE LICENSE,
YOU MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION AND
SUBMIT IT TO THE PROBATE COURT TO BE PROCESSED.

You MUST submit your application online.
You must follow up your submission with making an appointment to review and process your application. 

You will need to call the Probate court at 229-995-5515 to make an appointment with the clerk to review and process your application.
